Huaheng Company's products are not only used in the aerospace field, but also face a broad civilian market such as: auto parts, auto gearbox parts, pressure vessels, hulls, sports equipment, textile equipment, medical equipment, friction and sealing materials, etc.
In June 2010, our company innovated and developed horizontal 3D fabrics for aerospace in a key national scientific research unit.Since 2012, the company has organized relevant technical personnel to carry out technical research, successively overcome a number of key technologies, and successively developed carbon fiber needle-needle fabrics, quartz fiber needle-needle fabrics, high-silicon-oxygen fiber needle-needle fabrics and glass fiber needle-needle fabrics. It has been successfully applied in the fields of aerospace, powder metallurgy, photovoltaic and wind energy.

History

2001

The company was formally established in 2001. It mainly produces carbon fiber cloth. In the same year, it introduced carbon fiber reinforcement and reinforcement cloth, which contributed to the development of the building reinforcement industry.

2006

In 2006, the company developed rapidly and developed four categories of fiber reinforced composite materials: aramid cloth, basalt fiber cloth, high-strength high-modulus polyethylene fiber cloth and hybrid cloth.

2008

From 2008 to 2010, the company vigorously developed carbon fiber products, including carbon fiber boards, carbon fiber tubes, carbon fiber motorcycle auto parts, etc.

2010

From 2010 to 2011, the company added two prepreg lines to produce carbon fiber prepreg, glass fiber prepreg, and various flame-retardant and fast-curing prepregs.

2011

From 2011 to 2013, our company and a key scientific research unit innovated and developed horizontal 3D fabrics for aerospace, and applied for 12 patents, all of which have been approved.

2012

From 2012 to 2014,the company mainly developed carbon fiber and quartz fiber preform products, and the products have matured production.
